EZ TIRE AND AUTO

I bought two tires used price out the door was $100 even. One of them we found had a fast leak pretty quickly. The next day I came and they plugged the issue. However we discovered a slow leak in the same tire after that. I tried just keeping it inflated for a few days but I eventually brought it back in 8 days after buying it. They looked at it and decided best thing was just to give me a different used tire. No charge of course. It was within the two week warranty. And they gave me no hell over it which plenty of tire places would have. They fixed the problem no issue whatsoever.

Great experience. They got me two new tires for my trailer. Excellent pricing and they got me in right away. Friendly customer service too. Completely frictionless.

The owner of this establishment Paul sold me two tires with a two week warranty and put my tire on inside out resulting in my rim being bent , when I brought the matter to his attention I was met with hostility , threatened, and told that’s not his problem. If I could have rated this a zero star I would but for now a one star will suffice. Being met with racial slurs and threatening behavior from an owner of an establishment defines poor customer service. I’m taking legal action to ensure this man answers for how he’s conducting business. My advice to anyone in need. Keep rolling there’s two more tire shops down broadway 🎯

This is a hidden little gem in Halls, TN. Very good prices. The used tire I bought had good tread on it which I was surprised.. Supper nice people. Quick service. The most important part? They will not cheat you. A lot of these places will scam you. After I left I picked up a small nail. I took it back and he said he would not charge me for the tire plug because of the warranty they gave me for the used tire. He could have easily told me he was gonna charge me but he did not. They are very appreciative of the business and I will go back again and again with any tire needs.

10/10. GO HERE FOR TIRES!!! DO NOT waste your time and money ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Avoid all other tire retail chains and other local businesses and go to see Paul at EZ Tire and Auto first. I am 100% thrilled with doing business here, and he will work with you to get your vehicle back on the road FAST. I bought a brand new set of highly rated tires at HALF the cost of what I was able to find anywhere else and they included a warranty as well. If you need tires, new, used and more, Paul and his team will be able to help you out, and it will not hurt your wallet. It is worth the drive to do business at EZ Tire and Auto. Do not be discouraged by any negative reviews. If you need tires or vehicle maintenance, go here first before getting duped by anyone else. Paul and his team are very friendly, hard workers that get the job done very quick, and they are more honest and straightforward than a lot of the other shops I've been to in East TN area. Consider paying these guys a visit before you get caught up in a mess anywhere else.
